The main problems with this building is found on the towers. The polished sheet was perforated and then installed on site without any cleaning or passivation.

The resultant cross contamination from the perforation process has resulted in brown staining to appear. This is caused by a combination of surface grease allowing atmospheric contamination to settle and the iron contamination to rust.

Panels which have not been perforated remain in very good condition.
